Centro de Interpretación de la Batalla de Bailén, 1808. This museum (Interpretation Centre) puts in its context the decisive victory which broke the myth of the invincibility of the armies of French dictator Napoleone Buonaparte.

Stele erected in June 2013, to mark the site of the "Hospital de Sangre" of the Battle of Bailén, 18-19 July 1808.

Tiles created by Bernardo Jurado, signed 02.02.2010, representing the battlefield of Bailén and ten historical feats preceding the Victory of Bailén, July 1808. On the façade of the Casa de Postas (Villanueva de la Reina), where the terms of the surrender where established, to be signed on 22 July 1808.

La obra representa la batalla de Bailén, librada el 19 de julio de 1808 y en la que las tropas del general español Francisco Javier Castaños derrotaron aplastantemente a las tropas francesas, capturando además varios miles de prisioneros.

Architect Jacinto Higueras (1877-1954) received in 1909 his first significant order : a commemorative monument to two major battles fought in the Province of Jaén, which are illustrated on its socle : the 1212 Batalla de las Navas de Tolosa (on the West), and the 1808 Batalla de Bailén (File:Jaén – Monumento a las Batallas – Bailén 1808.jpg) (on the East). A bronze statue of Athena-Nike, goddess of Victory, tops the column. The Monument was inaugurated on October 20, 1912.
