Die Schlacht von Fredericksburg war eine Schlacht des Amerikanischen Bürgerkrieges, die vom 11. bis zum 15. Dezember 1862 in und bei der Kleinstadt Fredericksburg am Rappahannock in Virginia stattfand. Die Konföderierten fügten den Nordstaaten bei vergleichsweise geringen eigenen Ausfällen hohe Verluste zu und sorgten damit für ein frühes Ende von General Burnsides Feldzug nach Richmond.
